At the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, we are committed to representing the interests of people with PH, their families and carers. Our new survey aims to gather evidence about what it means to have PH in the UK today. By taking part you are helping to strengthen our voice within the NHS as the survey will provide statistical evidence about issues such as the impact of drugs and the value of services. The survey findings will also help us at PHA UK decide our own future priorities about what issues to campaign upon; what research to invest in and what services we need to support to best meet the needs of people with PH.
We have made the survey as easy as possible to complete with the questions split into 5 short sections. If you don’t have enough time to complete the whole survey now, you can save your answers and come back later to complete it.
